  A bit over-priced but they seem to have decent ethics when it comes to their animals. Won't sell beta fish to cold water keepers. Only buy puppies from private families and not puppy farms. Worth going just for the spectacle. They have some really cool pets here. Myself and my son go all the time and don't spend a dollar. He likes the turtles.

  Rant over i'm now looking for some one to groom my dogs i do not mind paying for a good job and will be paying cash prefer some one that comes to my home in kilsyth please thanks.

  So a few months ago my boyfriend and I purchased 2 female lovebirds from fish and feather, all was good until yesterday when our babies started fighting and basically mauling each other, it’s not fish and feathers fault that they are fighting but they neglected to tell us that this would happen with 2 females once they become “teenagers” and they will fight to the death, we also found out from another source that they cannot be gendered until they have fully grown, so when I asked the lady who served us if she’s sure that they are females And she said that she’s definitely sure she pretty much lied to us, so we don’t even know what gender our little birds are. Very disappointed that they didn’t think it was important to inform us on this when we purchased them so this whole situation could have been avoided

  Moral of the story is i'm sick of being ripped off by some school kid every time i go in there . each time there is another excuse as to why they charge so much different each time .

  Bought two rats recently, both had respiratory problems (despite receipt saying they were both in good health). Have had over $200 in vet bills so far, and has negatively impacted ability to train them properly.

  each time i have had them groomed there has been a different price it was on their web site awhile ago a special i think any way i had to actually show them the price on the site to get it after some debate . the second time i take them the price has gone up to $55.00 a dog wasnt told but any way found out after they were done so i had to pay .the third time was the same and now to the last time i went in to pick them up both were running around inside the area ( thats cool ) but were panting like mad colars were very loose slip straight over their heads ( so we fixed that ) went to pay and get told thats $65.00 each dog . i questioned it and was told it was because they took so long to do .
